Coaching Overview
6-Month Program coaching call schedule, program step alignment, and call purpose by day.
Your virtual programs are designed to include coaching calls throughout the course of the program to help answer practice member questions and ensure compliance with program steps. If you use Vibility coaching, the scheduling is taken care of for you. Our platform automatically sends practice members email and text reminders to book their calls, so your office never has to schedule them. Your team saves time, and your practice members stay on track.
If you use in-house coaching, these calls can be pre-scheduled with practice members by someone in your office, or practice members will receive emails asking them to schedule calls with your team. If you have an online scheduling system, we can give them the link to your calendar. Otherwise, we will ask them to contact your office to schedule a time.
Coaching calls with the Vibility Coaching team are 20 minutes with a 10-minute buffer. They can be done via Zoom or phone call depending on the member's preference.
Coaching Cadence Disclaimer
The coaching cadence is a flexible framework designed to support consistency and alignment with the curriculum. Each session will remain personalized and may naturally vary based on the member's goals, questions, progress, and current needs. Coaches may adjust the focus or timing of conversations as appropriate to provide the most relevant support.
