PROGRAM STRUCTURE & LAYOUT

The documents below will help you see what content, supplements, and dietary transitions apply to each week of your new virtual programs. They also include suggestions for when to schedule practitioner and/or coach visits in office, when coaching calls will take place, and when labs (if any) should be given.  Remember, your practice member will also be filling out progress report electronically for your review. As a result, you will not need to hand out progress reports (daily consultation forms) in office anymore. Also, you do not need to download or print progress reports for the patient’s EMR (unless you prefer a hard copy) since these documents will always be available for review (password protected) on your Vibility dashboard.

Curriculum Licenses & Add-Ons:

Each program you order is a curriculum license that entitles the practice member to access the content in the program. The license fees differ based on the length of the program. There are additional services, such as hiring Vibility coaches for your practice members or having our team handle supplement ordering and fulfillment. A schedule of these fees can be found below:

Additional Classes:

We also encourage the use of in-office classes as a means for clients who want a more social experience to have the opportunity to engage in classes with others in the program. Here is a list of potential classes to offer that are not time dependent:

  • Meditation Class
  • Pot Luck or Recipe Club
  • Yoga Class
  • Mindset Class
  • Cooking Demonstration
  • Exercise Demonstration ( at a local gym)
  • Shopping Tour ( Pre-detox or Post-detox)
  • Reading Labels
  • Juicing Class Demonstration
  • Fermented Foods Demonstration

You could also use in-office classes as a means for client to be exposed to additional services that you offer. For example:

  • How Chiropractic Works
  • How Acupuncture Works
  • How Homeopathy Works
  • How Essential Oils Work

 Dietary Transitons:

 Your programs are designed around 30 days of dietary transitions, followed by a 14-day detoxification process, and then food reintroductions.

The dietary transitions for the 60 Day, 3 Month, & 6 Month Programs are: 

  • Days 1-7 – Eliminate sugar, artificial sweeteners, & fruit juice (except the cranberry drink)
  • Days 8-14 – Eliminate corn, gluten, and caffeine
  • Days 15-21 – Eliminate dairy (including raw), soy, alcohol, white potatoes, and all grains
  • Days 22-30 – Eliminate eggs, tomatoes, shellfish, and legumes (except green beans)
  • Days 31-44 (Detox) – Eliminate red meat and fruit, plus all animal proteins on Days 6-10 of the Detox (Program Days 36-40)

 After the detox concludes, the food reintroduction / testing process begins with 1 food tested every 2-3 days. 

For the 30 Day Program, the dietary transitions are: 

  • Days 1-7 – Eliminate sugar, artificial sweeteners, & fruit juice (except the cranberry drink), corn, gluten, and caffeine
  • Days 8-14 – Eliminate dairy (including raw), soy, alcohol, white potatoes, and all grains
  • Days 15-28 (Detox) – Eliminate eggs, tomatoes, shellfish, legumes (except green beans), red meat, and fruit, plus all animal proteins on Days 6-10 of the Detox (Program Days 20-25)
