Every plan is configured from these, so what your practice runs will differ from the sample in the patient portal. The portal shows the 4-month plan on a standard elimination diet.
Three ways to handle supplementation
Supplementation is essential for helping people regain their health. With Vibility plans, you choose how supplements are presented to your plan members.
Built-in protocols
Ready-made protocols from Aptogenix, Xymogen, Designs for Health, and Ortho Molecular, built into the education for 60 days of gut repair and detox. AIP and plant-based versions are available too.
Your custom protocol
Bring your own protocol for gut repair and detox, and our team will create the documents and videos for inclusion in your plans.
No supplement instruction
Use the non-protocol version of any plan type to omit supplements entirely, or design a custom protocol for each practice member.

How to launch with Vibility
Pricing separates into three parts: a one-time setup at launch, a monthly tier for your practice, and a per-member rate that runs only while a member is enrolled.

Take $500 off the listed price when you pay in full. Setup is charged once, at launch, and is separate from your monthly platform tier and per-member rates. Additional configuration (plans, forms, or protocol variations beyond the standard setup) and custom video production are scoped separately.

Copy any Global Library plan or protocol into your practice and tailor it: swap a video, drop a unit, add your own documents, adjust a supplement schedule. Each customized plan or protocol uses one slot, and the original stays in the library, unchanged.
Enroll active members
The same two rates apply on every tier. Billing runs while a member has a plan assigned and stops when they finish.

One invoice, billed in arrears: your tier and every active member on a single monthly invoice. When a member completes or cancels, their charges stop. When they start another plan, billing resumes with no new enrollment fee.
Add coaching, per member
No coaching staff, or not enough? Our care team can coach your members and keep you aware of needs as they arise. 1:1 coaching is $99 per member per month, with a Vibility coach guiding each member and your practice kept in the loop. Group coaching is priced on cohort size, plan structure, and frequency.
All-in figures include the one-time enrollment fee and the $25 active-month rate. Branding setup, the platform tier, and optional coaching are charged separately. Member portal, mobile access, 1:1 messaging, and core safety features are included on every tier. Prices in USD and subject to the terms of your practice agreement.
